Paul & Kerin B.’s home in Westlake, Texas
When builder defects were found in multiple places on Paul & Kerin’s roof, we did a thorough analysis of their situation and provided a roof repair solution that not only resolved the issues, but saved them from having to replace their entire roof. We also made necessary repairs to their custom copper gutters and restored their home back to better than what it was before.
Historical “Southland” Building in downtown Terrell, Texas
When the owners of this historical building in downtown Terrell, TX called us, we quickly provided emergency services to seal up the large tears in the roof caused by high-winds. We then provided extensive consulting to work with their insurance company and the insurance company’s engineer team to property address the repairs needed, keeping in mind the historical nature and features of the building. We were able to provide a modern solution that didn’t impact the building’s unique aesthetic qualities and were even able to re-build the gutter system in the same fashion as originally manufactured. Fun fact: this building housed the company that made the uniforms for the Dallas Cowboy’s NFL team for many years. Before that, it was a farmer’s market and grocery distribution warehouse.
Airbnb Resort on Main St., Keller Texas
When a devastating storm dropped 3-inch hail on Keller in 2021, many of our customers reached out to us to have their properties inspected. One of our customers owned an Airbnb resort with 8 buildings on the property that were damaged by hail. We provided excellent solutions for each of them, and restored them back to like-new condition.
